Local business owner Ben, got in touch to discuss COVID-19 protective measures for his staff and customers in preparation for reopening his estate agency office. He asked Alium to identify the specific procedures and controls needed for his estate agency offices and for staff completing viewings on properties. We worked with Ben to understand more about his business and considered practical and effective ways to control COVID-19 risks and protect staff and customers. We worked with SA Property to produce a COVID-19 risk assessment, safe working procedures and posters/signage.
